Imperial Domination
The Game:
Imperial Domination is a Turn Based Strategy game. The goal of the game is to colonise Africa. Do this by training units, constructing buildings, conquering natives and eliminate the competition. A good strategy and smart diplomacy is required to accomplish this.

Features:
-36 countries to conquer
-8 playable factions (Great Britain, France, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy and Spain)
-8 special buildings; one for every faction
-2 game modes (campain, and quickplay)
-3 unittypes (infantry, cavalry and artillery)
-10 buildings
-Smart AI
-Diplomacy
-Multiplay on same computer
-Story for every country
-Tutorial

Looks like a good idea, I plyed, thoguh I think you need to add first some kind of tutorial. There aren't many GM games of this kind.

Looks historical. A game based on Eruopean imperialism on the "Dark Continent" is not one i have seen before. This could be educational. Educational games are boring. Add some chainsaws and blood-fountains, then set the blood-fountains on fire.

Why cant you play as sweden? You can play as porugal but they have never been in war! Great game anyway. 9/10

Sweden failed as a major military power prior to the great land rush for Africa. Portugal is far more suitable - they originally colonised Brasil, for starters.

I like this game, but it could really use a game manual. The "tutorial" the game includes isn't really enough to figure out how the game works. I like the idea of the game though, and I wish there were more games like this. I'm working on my own turn-based strategy game too actually, but it's pretty different from this game (it's not historical for example).
