ColumnsX
"What?! Jake actually finished something?!"
Yep, that's right. I did.

For those of you living under a rock (or outside of 64digits - not that there's much difference), ColumnsX is my remake of one of my favorite games of the 16-bit era, Columns.

Features include:
- Classic puzzle game action
- An extremely capable AI opponent
- Online highscore and ranking system
- Unlockable badges for your user page
- Every player gets a banner showing their highscore and rank. (Example:)
;
- High-quality Mp3 soundtrack

Controls:
Menu
Arrow keys - Move selection
Enter key - Ok

Player 1
Left / Right arrow keys - Move piece
Up arrow key - Cycle piece
Down arrow key - Drop piece
Enter - Start

Player 2
A / D - Move piece
W - Cycle piece
S - Drop piece
G - Start

Anyway, make sure you check this out. It's not very often I release a completed game.
(And, yes, this means a small glimmer of hope for Shadows being finished. A SMALL glimmer.)

NOTE: This game comes in at a hefty 11.8 mb. If that number makes your internet connection cry, you can download a 'lite' version of the game, with no music, here;

Oh, and, if you find any bugs, PM me, or leave a comment.

awesome game. From the title screens I could tell it was gonna be preofessional. The CPU player wasn't too hard to beat, even though I came really really close to loosing against it.

Yeh, the Bejewled sound effects were the only fitting sounds I had handy. I am NOT a sound person.

it's REALLY cool, AI can be hard, but once you get the hang of it it rocks!!
I'm moving on to pressure on, i can beat the AI without it...

It has really solid gameplay, a bit of humor, great graphics, and multiplayer. Not to mention these types of games are not very common among 64d. I love it.
