Pretty cool. Didn't play it in depth. The levels seem a little abstract, there doesn't seem to be any direction.

Cool effects on the hearts and the rain, The jumping was a little glitchy.

6/10 (5 being average)

That was pure awesomeness! I love the style of it, and soooo big.
I didn't collect all hearts though. I had 17 left.
Add some sounds, background music, better slope movement and make the game slightly easier and you got a great game.
Good work. This kept me entertained for about 10 minutes, and trust me; that's extremely long for a gm made game!
Keep up the good work! 9/10 for a wip.

This is an excellent game. Welcome to my favorites list. If you submit it on GMG, I'll review it. You've got some great ideas in here, and I love the graphics and the puzzles. The engine is sort of unpolished in places, but I like it that way. Sound might help a little, but it isn't a must.

I have one question, though. I've gotten all but three hearts on my own. How do I get these three?

In any case, 9/10 from me. One of the best games I've seen in a while. I love the elevator part.

wow. that's all i can say. this game is amazing, everything seemed to fit together perfectly, all it really needs is some sound to set the mood, and maybe some smoother mechanics (like slope movement). i'm not going to give it a rating while it's still a wip, though

Yes, damn that slope movement! It's not too bad, But could definitely be better.

You sure? The cannon default position shoots you back to the room you start in.

And if anyone wants to help out my GMC topic *cough* bump it *cough* heres the link:

Ah. Got it. The ending really sucks, though. :P There should be more to explore behind the door.

Yea =P
There is now a little ending cut scene, which is worst than just having no ending =P

Why add cutscenes? The game has no story to begin with. New places to explore would be better in my opinion.

Hmm, well what I mean by cut scene is like, well being shot out of the cannon is a cut scene I'd say. It's hardly a story line, more like a message, and when I drew up the design document, I drew the ending cut scene too, so it' going in.

I often have little cutscenes at the end of my games trying to make certain points, well often the same point hehe.

It also makes the credits more visually attractive. I understand what your saying, But their is a story in the game, just the players don't know what it is. I don't really plan on ever telling the players either.

Anyways, I'm still not sure if I will even keep working on it or not. I can't say as too why, as that would give away the story.

The Gameplay and everything is good but, there is no storyline or anything. You just collect hearts. I think the game would be better if the character had a reason to collect those hearts. It the graphics were nice and the gampleay was good.

i don't know, i always thought of storylines as optional. in fact, i prefer games without storylines. most of the time, they're lame and poorly written anyway

This game was good I suppose. It needed to have maybe a little bit more work? Like a map, or status screen? I must give it a 8/10

Pretty cool. I like the puzzles, and the exploration aspects of the game. It did, however, feel a lot like previous Game Maker exploration games, and it needs something to make it different. 8/10, but could get higher with more innovative features.
