GIF Embedder
This is a program that allows you to embedd files in GIF images. It's sort of fun to hide things and then extract them later. The only problem is, I didn't make it encrypt the embedded file. I may do that later, though, and also add more file formats.

(I don't have access to the screenshot's right now, so I will add them later)

Where else would it go?

I would think it would go in the examples list...

By the way.... since this was made in GM, is there any chance you would be releasing the source? I would love to use this for hiding statistic files so that they can't be edited in RPGs

Sure, you can have the source. I'll post it here in a while.

you can just use the registries.
this way there are no files to look at and everything is unreadable by other aplications.

just that you can't have a setup exe, save data to registry, and load them with the main game =/

Yes you can. Just open it with the game making functions, and have it look for the string titled 'Character 1' and it will read everything from there.

This was actually neat - since not many people open images in notepad on a regular basis.

Interesting example you got here...I had a little trouble with it...but in the end...cool...

I won't rate since I still didn't understand it enough...you still haven't posted that source code...but good job...I guess...
