The Jeluvian Project
Briefly
- Action Game, but you control a squad
- 6 different unit types, each with their strengths and weaknesses
- Story with characters
- 14 uniquely-designed operations
- Engaging electronic audio tracks from talented composers

Description
This is primarily an Action game, but you need to implement some strategy and tactics. You will have to decide which path your squad will take, which enemies you will attack, when to cease fire and when to open fire.

It uses the familiar "RTS" controls, where you command your drones with the mouse. But at the same time, you get to make immediate decisions for them - you will have to aim, shoot, and reload. You take control of the action, not merely the strategics: More like being a Sergeant of a squad, rather than a General of an entire army.

Great job on this, I'll give it a longer review later. after I fully tested it and when I have more time.

I played this before, it's just awesome. The only thing that I think could use improvement is like a large scale battle, but I don't know if you do have that because I didn't beat it yet. 10/10

Great Game!
Who gave this a 1/10? (Which was the rating before I rated it)
If you do get it. Make sure you play up to around the 6-8 levels. The storyline gets better up there and the game gets better, I find. Nice work! It's rare that you find such a storyline driven game made with Gm.

I downloaded it on the GMC and was very impressed. The interface was great, the little tutorials made it easy to learn, and the graphics were nice and simple. 8/10

Played, while it is fantastic I rather disliked the battling, right clicking to make them attack rather than having them attack by themselevs, but I suppose you were going for the fact they dont do much by themselves.
9/10

Whoever gave this a 1/10 is either a fool or an FPS freak; or both. I give it a well-deserved 10/10.

Thanks, guys. Glad you're all liking it.

In the Dark -- Actually, from Operation 5 onwards, it teaches you how to use the [D]efense Mode feature. This allows drones to "Fire At Will". They will open fire automatically on any enemies within range.

Really well done! This game is the best game I've played here at 64. Consitant graphics a neatly told storyline, great gameplay.

I'm impressed!

Played it on the GMC... Good, but the shooting is awkward. I think you be able to designate "shooting sectors" to make the whole thing more easy to use, a la Full Spectrum Warrior. You do get fully automatic shooting from operation5, but that's kinda unrealistic to being with. The controls are really rather unweildly, that you have to constantly directly keep directing your troops. If I'm being perfectly honest, it feels like a bit of a cop-out in terms of pathfinding. 8/10

Wow...this game is fantastic. It's like starcraft and stuff, but I think this is better in fact, because you have more control over your squad. hmm...9.5/10, so either 9 or 10, I'll give 10/10. Nice chat system too.

ALL i can say about this game is WOW. Graphics are amazing, gameplay is amazing, even the manual is high quality. One of the best games made with GM ive seen in a long time. I havent seen anything this great made in GM since Hover Tanks 3d. Great Game. 10/10. The menu really seemed metal gear solid inspired btw.

Really awesome, though of course I've already given you my in-depth criticisms of it, so it's not really necessary to re-cap. :)
