Well i kept seeing hookshot examples that had glitches like flying way off the screen and getting stuck inside and object... so i decided to have a go on my own hookshot engine.. controls...

keys move spacebar-- hookshot..

Please dont base on graphics not that good...

Dev - After editing rating, make rating display change

Dev - Restore deleted comments
Dev - Display deleted comments if mod (hidden, then with dropdown)
Dev - After deletion or during edit, make rating dropdown appear again

Well, it's pretty good. Alot like Link to the past.

This was done quite well. You could get stuck in the rivers though. Also, your moving system was broken, at times it was very messed up.

and i tried to make lil bit of code and dnd for every 1 =-) althogh code wouldve been way fatser and easier, but some people cant understand all code.

Looks good, works better. I definately like this example, if not for the hookshot properties then for it's application to other game ideas. Had a couple of problems with getting stuck with the block and me suddenly running through the hookshot chain, but they're pretty minor. 8/10

I think that people that know how to use gamemaker enough to make a hookshot game, that they will preffer code over DnD

wasn't very good... personally... I think I've seen much better hookshot examples... (plus people should start making "CLAWSHOT" examples... clawshots are way cooler!) =-D
