Looks good.Download version doesn't work though, spits out this error:"There should be 'UnityAnimationTest_Data' folder next to the executable"
One of the coolest animation styles I have seen for 2D sprites. The character really feels 3-dimensional!
8 years in the making, too.
Just DL'd and tried it out. It's awesome! The 2D + 3D reminds me of Paper Mario. What kind of game is it going to be?
Btw, just found this:

I would rather draw more inbetween frames than use meshes, for the sake of simplicity. Though I will definitely use them for facial animations.
Then use secondary motions for the arms and torso instead of tweening the shoulders. It looks off.
