Tilestudio is a great program... for creating tilesets. Not so much when using it as a psuedo level-editor for 3D games. So, yesterday I started working on my hub-area and cussed a lot, and nearly bro-fisted my monitor.

Mega, this is nothing but witch magic to me.
Also it's really cool, did you make the level editor in Game Maker? If so, props.

Mega uses C++ to make his games.
A red magic of the oldest order.

Either that actually sounds like fun or I'm really disoriented and will go for anything right now...

Yes, I prototyped it in GM. I'm definitely creating a C++ version after the comp, because GM is slow.

"That" Programming team.
Tilestudio sounds like something I might want to look into, then. And it's made by the guy who made Charlie the Duck!
The enemies in the game look weird. Why the mismatch between the player's fists/swords and sprited enemies? TBH, I really like the fists/swords, and the sprites enemies and stained glass look a bit out of place.

Because hi-res enemies take time to create, and at the moment I'm focusing carefully on the game itself before working on the art. Basically, for the enemies, I'd need to work at 256x256 minimum in order to get a similar quality.
