Were you really skinny before you started the protein/workout regiment? I struggle to gain weight and it seems no matter what I eat I can't gain 1 pound. I'm starting to consider the gallon of whole milk a day thing, but I'm afraid my cholesterol will skyrocket, and even then, I might not gain any weight.

By the way, nice abs, now go do some squats!

I already do my squats! 265lbs ASS TO GRASS MOTHERFUCKER!

Here are my stats, if you care:
Weight: 130 (Everyone thinks I weigh 150-170...?)
Overhead press: 140
Bench: 200
Squat (ATG): 265
Deadlift: 310


Also, I was sort of skinny, but still fat. I was skinnyfat :( Not only was I a little chubby, but I was like that and only 120lbs... (Then I cut down to 115, then bulked back up to here)

Do you lurk /fit/ by any chance? Just guessing because of your mention of squats/GOMAD/etc

Personally, I drink 2-3 liters of skim milk / day. GOMAD *WILL* work if you eat other stuff on top of it. I went from 115->135 in a school year by drinking lots of milk and having a shitload of oats in the morning. My deadlift also skyrocketed from 145x1->270x1.

You got your abs from working out? I got mine for just being skinny and skating a lot...weird.
1: Nope, but there was a massive blackout recently...didn't affect me.
2: It's snowed, but it just melted. But we may have more soon.

I actually haven't eaten oats since I started doing squats. I only did deadlifts back when I ate oats... (had no squat rack). Now I just drink 1-1.5L of skim milk for breakfast, lol. (36-54g protein, 48-72g carbs, 0g fat, 320-480 calories) Although I eat another meal like an hour and a half after that. I really need to start eating more at breakfast... I used to eat like 600-800 calories of oats, but that sucked and took a while to make. That was when I went from 115-135lbs in 6 months or so.


How much do you squat, Avatrol?

Not much. I went from being able to do 100 lbs to my weight in squats, (145 at the time). that's when i was eating a ton of protein and vegetables, running a lot and getting plenty of sleep. Haven't worked out in about a year and I'm probably back to square one honestly.

You weigh 130 with those muscles? Do you not have legs or something? I'm 140 and quite a bit thinner than you, so I don't know what kind of drugs you're on.
