What did everyone else eat for breakfast today?

I had this:

(half-dozen eggs, bunch of cheese, 0.5lbs of ham, 1L skim milk(not shown))

~1,500 calories. :D

~140g protein (560cal)
~80g fat (720cal) (lowish-fat cheese, skim milk)
~50g carbs (200cal) (mostly from milk)
~Too much sodium I'm scared to even begin to calculate it. (I'm guessing more than 300% of what you should eat a day.)

I didn't have breakfast today because I woke up a 2:00 PM

But I did just eat some dinner. :D

I had chicken with some mac and cheese and some greens, with some lemonade.

At least it was lemonade, not (grape) Kool-aid

I have chicken (plain, not deep-fried shit) almost every day. Hell, through grades 10 and 11 I would go to the store and buy half of a chicken every day for lunch and eat it.

Looks delicious.

My new favorite food is pasta with some nice sweet/tart tomato sauce topped with a hard boiled egg. Shit is so win. The sulfuric taste of the egg brings out a dynamic in the tomato sauce that you never really think of otherwise. It's an old school Sicilian recipe.

Anyways, yeah, that shit sounds good to me.

I started getting really sick of every meal I have being tomato-stained golden brown a while ago. That bucket o' -besity just turns my stomach.

(toast however can be as golden brown as it fucking wants ok)

It's actually not that bad. I would fully endorse eating it, and you all know what I look like. (see previous couple blogs if you don't)

It's pretty damned high in protein, 140g protein, with only 80g of fat. The cheese was made form 2% milk, not full-fat cheese. and the milk was skim. Ham isn't high in fat anyways (I think that shit was 16g protein 4g fat 4g carbs per serving).

It's weightlifter food, not fatass food. :D

Yeah, when I was actually working out I drank a gallon of whole milk a day. >_<

People call it GOMAD. Studies actually show that short term and with a little exercise, that amount of whole milk actually helps to LOWER your bad cholesterol while raising your good cholesterol.

Dairy is really good.

The processed meat is actually bad however and you should consider replacing it with chicken breast. You can buy chucks of boneless chicken breast and it's relatively painless to cook.

I sorta do GOMAD... but with skim milk. I usually only do 3 litres a day though, but on Monday I drank 4.5 litres... and that was a school-day, so I was only home/awake for 5 of those hours...

Yeah, I don't eat ham/deli meat that much. I mostly just eat beef/chicken/tuna. Notice the half a chicken every lunch comment above?

I didn't eat breakfast today. But yesterday I made this:
A toasted and buttered blueberry bagel with a slightly skillet cooked hotdog sliced in two slapped between the pieces with a slice of cheese on top which melted onto the bagels and hotdogs

Healthy? Probably not. My excuse? I'm American.
But it was damn right delicious and didn't look hideous.
