Robowarz is almost finished. I got the web part almost done! A lot of MySQL stuff... a LOT of trial-and-error. I'm currently trying to figure out how to add module support. I think I'll have to ask Jellyfish for help.

Anyways, I'm also working on a stealth game for a competition at GMClans. You play as a ninja and you have to sneak into the white house and... ah, I won't break it for you. Anyways, I've found some floor-plans on google, and, except for the graphics, it's going quit well.

Oh. And Project: Planetside. Oh yes. But that's a topic for another time.

At this moment I'm trying to recover from a sickness that, after razing my entire class, decided to come back and terrorize me. For the last four days, today notwithstanding, I've had an average temperature of 38 Celcius and felt like @#$% the whole time.

Today however, I'm better. I've worked quite a bit with jellyfish on the design of Project: Planetside. We have a clan at GMClans, it's doing well, thankyouverymuch. Jellyfish is a great guy to work and chat with. ^^

Also, I was given a pretty sad first impression by 64Digiters. Running my WIP Robowarz from within the zip when there is a file, labeled in capital lettering, UNZIP ME FIRST, and then giving my game a 1/10 due to their own stupidity and neglect to read the instructions and link that I've thoughtfully provided them with... That is pretty damn sad if you ask me.

Ah well. Bur out. Gotta finish one homework.

So, here I am, where I was inevitably to be.

I am Burunduk, another member of the Game Maker community. I've been working with GM for three years, and I've been an active member of the GMG for a year, right till the place was over-run. I moved onto GMClans. Great community, the perfect place for ideas to grow into projects. I avoid the GMC for its obese quanitity of users, the many and proud elitists, and the sheerly staggering ammount of competition.

It is remarkable, really, how a place such as the GMClans, with it's EXPerience and Battle Arena, manages to be more friendly than the GMC. Ah well, I'll drop the subject. Maybe someone else will pick it up, toy around with it and put it back down. Because that's what always happens, it's not something worth arguing about.


In any case, Shroomster has lent me 300 MB of webspace. What does this mean to me? Raz, I have someplace to host my Science Fair project. Dva, I simply have... well... webspace. That means I have to knock around me creativity and post something in there, for Buddah's sake!

Why Buddah's? That's an "in" joke, that I might rant about a little later.

And tri, I have somewhere to use as a base for Robowarz. It is highly unlikely that any of you have ever heard of it, but it is one of my "dream projects."

In any case, I have not been working on it all this time. Now that I have webspace initiative, I've resumed work. Hopefully, I can give a present to the community by the holidays. For now, I'll put the Single-Player demo in the WIP section.

Now, for the very important part:
I need some help with coding PHP for the website. I am a complete noob at PHP, I know very little of it. If anyone can point me to some tutorials, help, etc, or if anyone wishes to help directly, by all means, please, contact me via email or add a comment on the blog!
