Please help. Ineed to make some kind of form in GM

Can anyone help me to make some kind of form that should look like this:


That when he hit submit button mail with that form sends to my mail. Like this:

Mail from my form:
Name: Max
Surname: Kriklog
E-mail: none@none.com
Password: 123456
</e-mail sample>

Please I need to make this for my fathers company but I dot know how.


Dev - Warning
Dev - After editing rating, make rating display change
Dev - When editing, update "edited" column
Dev - Restore deleted comments
Dev - Display deleted comments if mod (hidden, then with dropdown)
Dev - After deletion or during edit, make rating dropdown appear again
Dev - Stricter rating rules. Prevent user from rating again

Hmm, Game Maker definitely isn't the right tool for that. You're better off doing it with PHP. It just takes a few lines of code to do that. Many people here knows how to do that, including me.

Do it in PHP and then use that in GM. If you dont want to do that, go search for some addons!

no i realy neet to be done in gm plase dont ask questions just tell me who can do it for me. and we allready done it in php

The easiest way of doing it inside GM is by using a networking dll and calling a PHP page using HTTP headers. This of course requires you to know how to work with that protocol and still needs a dynamic page in a web server. Any other way I would tell you would be a lie because I don't know.
Anyways, using GM for that is stupid. If you want it done in GM just to impress your dad or something, learn to do it yourself and use punctuation signs.
