FPS Demo Source
Well, I've decided to release the source to this project, so those of you with GM6+ can have at it.

The one thing I ask is that you use the source for learning only, and do not just edit it and release it as your own. It contains some code written by Percsich.hu, and a modified version of a skybox that Yourself put together.

Thanks to everyone who's followed this over the months it's been out, and I hope the source is of some use to you, however messy it may be.

Target platforms:

Coolio, I remember seeing this before, it was lag free

I was hoping you'd make an adventure game FPS out of it.
Man fred your games are awesome.

Ill take a look at the code too see my mistakes.

Thanks SunTzus, glad you found it helpful. Sucks that it got swept off the front page after only 12 hours, but I guess I ought to expect that by now, hehe.

Ohmygod. I'm confused. There's just so many objects. What do I look at first? (Besides the "Readme")

This is a great guide. I might even start to try a 3D game after looking at this.

No less than a 10/10

Yo, it's absoloutely awesome, Im nowhere near the level of programming too even touch these things and able to tinker a "good" game but Fred, modeling such an engine, I thought you were going to go for something BIGGER then classified 48 by Sharik

Damn, this example is awesome, AND LAG-FREE! 10/10

I know that we can't just edit and re-release the example, but can we make it a foundational engine for our games?
