Flood the mines Demo
Since I finished an official demo of the game I started three and a half days ago, I thought I would upload it here.

Controls are explained in game, and if at first you drown/get impaled on spikes, try again.

Target platforms:

The game is pretty good.

But, this jump height is way to low and I found it pretty irratating how hard it was just to jump over a spike on the ground, and I thought it was a cheap excuse to make the game difficult. When I tried to run away from the water, it resulted in very cheap deaths. Nice graphics though.

8.1/10 so far.

Very solid game so far. ;D

That was... short.

Agreed on the jump - I'd suggest make the character jump higher and slower (it's too fast to get a lot of control or feel the right moment to hit off).

I like the old school style (particularly the dialogue). The "V" icon looks a bit meh (maybe add a rectangle background for it, like a keyboard button?)

Also, why the hell would you have random spikes in the mines? :P

I'm going to kinda blame the spikes on some random miner dropping sharp nails all over the place while escaping :P
Or maybe not. Dunno.

I'm tweaking the jumps, as well as the underwater movement (A bit slower underwater).

Nice! The style was nice, like Cesque said maybe work on the V button. The animations could use some work (make him bob up and down when he walks or something).

Now make it longer! :D
