Method for creating a newsletter?

Hey guys,

I was asked to have a good way to give updates out on progress. I was thinking I would roll out an email subscription service to handle this. But is this a good method?

I also have a twitter where I send out updates, but I figure that not everyone would prefer to use twitter to receive updates, but then again I don't think email would be preferred for some either…

Perhaps I should create a separate twitter account for the individual project?

This leads me to ask, what is your preferred way for tracking a project, and what can you see as acceptable options to put in place to do so?

Hope everyone is having a good holiday so far

I like tinyletter.com a lot. Super simple lightweight mailing list site. Its a free side service by mailchimp.

Yeah, mailchimp / squarespace / all of those guys advertise way way way too much. I'm surprised they even offer Tinyletter honestly. It's such a nice little service with no frills. You'd never know it was a side hustle from such a monster of a product.
