Platformer Example

For those who are having trouble coding and creating techniques found in common platformers, download this! Azure Games has created a small pack including information on gravity, double-jump, jump-through platforms, shooting, and much more!

- The example has 2 registered functions in it (Snapshot & Effects)
- To be able to use this example, you must know some GML
- Each one is less than 60 KB at the most.

These tutorials were created by Azure Games. If you are to use these tutorials, there is no need for you to give credit. You have all rights to use this example. I got stuck in the ground sometimes and this examples are almost exactly as Mark's platform examples!

it was pretty good.. but swimming a slops would be awsome... even though I already know how to do them >_>

Slopes eh? Cool I'll make them, but I don't like Slopez very much. Oh well, I'll try I guess :F

azure i figured out a way to (kinda) fix the collison glitch.

go to your character options and put in key press enter or something else . then put in bring back to start position.

you get sent back to beggining of lvl without losing lives

It was okay. A few bugs (maybie only 2). I didn't look at the code, but it was fairly basic. 7/10
