This is the open source of my discontinued game, Sonic Adventure 2: Gamers Cut. It includes a fully working 360 engine, with sonic and knuckles. Features homing attack, roll attack, enemys, hurt and die, rings, timer, level complete screens/big ring, water, layers, loops and much more. The dll supersound must be extracted for the mp3 playing feature to work.

Thanks Damizean for the base.

Wow. That was very cool. Keep it up!

I didn't really like it. I'm a big fan of Sonic Adventure 2, but the engine should have had a bit more, such as loops, rank, and a more accurate homing attack/enemy system. Overall, 7/10.

Go Bologna, this isn't an engine.

It's a SOURCE CODE OF A GAME.

So obviously, Chaos_Zero did not want to continue working on it.

*sigh* M'kay. So why is it in examples, then?
jsorgeagames commented December 09, 2007 at 11:45 PM
Because it's A SOURCE CODE OF A GAME.

Okay:

Loops are inplanted.
Homing Attack wasn't completed.

This is in examples as it is a .gm6, not a game.

Yeah, but shouldn't there be a "Source Code" section?

Not too bad. As you said it's discontinued, but if you ever get an urge to work on it at all, perhaps try to implement a spindash that would work with it all. I've yet to see an engine or examples with those two implemented in together. I am trying to learn and do that myself, with not much luck, heh.

I forgot to vote, too! In my opinion, taking into consideration that this is abandoned, I give it an 8/10. A bit glitchy, but overall better than a few engines and examples out there.
