I can't understand what's even going on here. The movement is entirely unorthodox and having the game only play when you move is something you only really see on the overworlds of older games like Zelda 2 and Lufia 2. It's a long-lost system that I'm not sure works for dodging bullets as much as it worked for avoiding RPG enemy encounters.
I pretty much just clicked around and ended up at FIN a minute later.
For a technical WIP, it's not bad, but it definitely has a long way to go.

I don't even? I thought you played video games Kilin! There's a whole group of games known as roguelikes which do this! (I don't mean roguelites, I mean games like rogue.)

Heh! Guess this isn't for everyone.
Well... I made an update to this. Fixings and improvings. I might add a few levels while I'm at it if need be.

This game is certainly very whacky, and despite the length, you can still see there's something there. I'd totally play a more complete version of this.

I shiggy diggy. Would love to see more of this. Don't listen to Kilin, there's no such thing as a "long-lost system."
8/10 would love to see more

fin'd it in 60 seconds lol. Didn't even know what i was looking at most of the time. I would expect more from all the time it took to get to this point, as described above. I don't have much of an issue with the movement at all but having projectiles move that way is just plain out weird. The bright blue icons that appear every where are really annoying too. just an eyesore.
anyway, not much game here. if i gave it a rating, it'd be 1/10 because there simply is nothing here that is enjoyable in anyway, and what is there only lasts 60 seconds. However, i won't rate for now, only because i hope to return to this page later in the future, and play a much better game.

There's barely anything here...
But what's there has a ton of potential in my opinion.
I'm going to be bluntly honest because I like you Spectre and I think you can take it:
I don't like the graphics at all.
I very much like the idea that time stops every frame - it's almost like a constant bullet time effect.
You should make an actual game out of this because this is barely a tech demo.
What I saw had promise, but like death said, it was so fleeting I barely had time to comprehend. I played through 3 times because that bullet effect is cool though.

Well .. all the negative comments in the world (probably) wont change my intuition. I have some grand ideas for this one and I'd hate to see them go to waste just because they're not implemented yet and because what's there now doesn't "impress".
I'm continuing this project, but not until after the spring comp. You'll see!Oh yes you will....
