I managed to finish my and my team's YYG Winter competition entry in yesterday. It's pretty fine I think, eventhought I had to leave many features outside because of the timelimits.
Now it haves:-23 different cards-Online hi-score table-Deck editor (build your own decks)-Possibilities to build many strategies etc.Game's basic idea is to keep humans alive throught the winter by using different "Winter Cards". These cards have power to summon different things and effects. Some cards increase number of humans when other cards may summon dangerous creatures such wolves and goblins etc. Game have got many good reviews from finnish GM forums but seems like in GMC, noone is interested. :( I wanted to release game here too, but seems like file manager won't work, so I can't upload it to 64D. Rating system is little unfair I think because there is somekind "death bringers" around the YYG, whose rate game 1/6 without playing it. My game got two hits from these guys example. Luckily it got one 6/6 and many other higher ratings so it didn't fallen near the bottom. I have noticed this 1/6 thing with many games and I just have to wonder how jealous some people can be. If they don't trust to their game, they don't need to sabotage other's games. Well, this is common problem in YYG, hopefully they will fix it. Until then, I like 64D more :)Then shortly about my life. Christmas holiday started and I got flu >.<. Well, atleast I don't need to be absent from school when there is exam week going on. My holiday will go nicely when reading Robin Hobb's Soldier Son trilogy in english (hopefully it increases my english skills) and playing Puzzle Quest DS. Well, thats all, merry christmas for all of in case I'm not here before 24.12.
They should implement a comment-to-rate system, like the one here. That way, deathbringers won't be anonymous, and it will be possible to deal with them.
Well, the GMC is lame, so don't bother. The game is awesome and I love it :)

I don't know are serious or sarcastic, but I wanted to add more cards, but I had to leave out some of my card ideas, it was supposed to include 30 different cards, but well, time is merciless.@stampedeYeah, here are some finns too. As far as I know I, LauriP, Gift of Death, Furry, and DaHandy are from finland. May be some others but I can't remember whose have registered here.@FireDragon
23 is the magic number. It is insanely awesome. Any game that references 23 in it is the game of the year.Okay, I hope that judges in YYG will take that in account when judging the games xD
