HELP ME WITH GMS'S WEIRD SCALING

I'm posting this everywhere I can cause I want an answer damnit
I turned off interpolation and everything was hunky dory until I made a grid for testing purposes, went into fullscreen mode, and I noticed this:
Some of the horizontal lines (marked by yellow lines in the picture above) of my grid have an extra pixel in fullscreen mode, making them look thicker than the rest. I assume this is just GMS's best way of scaling to my resolution (1366x768) without interpolation, but surely there must be a work around that accommodates all resolutions, right?
