Hey peoples! A new game!
"Assault on planet Equidon" is pretty awesome, I must say. It's a side scrolling platformer/action game of sorts or something or other.You're an accountant and in each level you need to kill ponies and collect the crystals that, eh, come out of them when they explode into beautiful pony gore!This game was made by at least 7 people, is a school project, and also an entry for the GameDev.net 4 elements competition. The 4 elements this year were:- Accountants- Ponies- Crystals- ExplosionsThe game has 7 levels and a tough boss, and several weapons you can buy and unleash unto the actually-not-very-cute ponies.I mainly did the programming for this game (since no one else knew GM), but also some level and game design.I'm not sure when the results of the competition will be known.You can check the game here:TopicAlso I must note that if you have a crappy PC, it may run slow.Cactus also has an entry (Shotgun Ninja, you may have seen it), which is also very good.P.s. Karoshi 2 will be amazing!
