I keep getting a different answer.

okay in Minecraft I need:

800 Fences: 6 sticks = 2 Fences

3 sticks = 1 fence

800x3 = 2400 sticks

4 planks = 8 sticks

2400/8 = 300

1 wood = 4 planks

300/4 = 75

75 wood = 800 fences

is that right? or is it:

1 wood = 4 planks

1 plank = 2 sticks

2 sticks = 0.333333etc fences

800/0.333333etc = 2400

2400 wood = 800 fences

is that right?

SO CONFUSED!! I also got the answer 300 a couple of times…

so 800*6/2=2400 sticks.

so 2400*2/4=1200 planks

so 1200/4=300 wood

Also, I think I am gonna code a little resource calculator ^^

you need 2 planks for 4 sticks.

Hence why I did *2/4.

You could also check if the calculation was right by doing it the opposite way:

300 wood => 1200 planks

(2 planks for 4 sticks) 1200/2*4=2400

(6 sticks for 2 fences) 2400/6*2=800

The answer is 300 wood, 1'200 planks or 2'400 sticks.
