I wasn't able to log in recently for whatever reason but I'm back now, this means I can show you my new Soviet Stronghold trailer and demo.
I've been developing the game for the past half year and there's been some good progress for my speed of work. I've just bought a registered copy of Game Maker 7 but it doesn't work yet because Yo Yo games has some serious issues with the new registration system. YoYo Games and Softwrap should burn D:<. Soviet Stronghold is based on an old Commodore 64 game called snare. The setting for the game is a communist future with capitalist forces trying to prevent a communist upraising. The game's engine is almost complete and the first section of the game is complete. I'm going to be adding some new features to the game once the registration key finally arrives. In the mean time you can watch the YouTube trailer. And you can download the demo from the Soviet stronghold WIP page.I hope this will be the first game I finish in a while. All the other games I've done are one day games that aren't particularly good or fun. I hope for input from you, the 64 Digits community. Work on the game should resume once I get that Game maker 7 Pro registration key.
Lol looks good.
Looks good, pity the trailer had such a low FPS.
In the End, a typo: "Can you defeat the soviet stonghold?"
Anyway, looks nice. =]
