It's my birthday!

It's my birthday! Turning 19, so nothing special this year other than being able to legally go into bars in my area. My friends are having a pretty big party for me later, so that'll be fun.

Give me cookies and cake.

Also, I thought you lived in the US. Do they let you into bars if you can't drink, and/or do they not let you into bars if you're under 19?

I do, and it's a state-specific law. Some states will let you into bars at 18, others at 19, and some don't let you in until 21. It's kinda silly, but y'know. A bit pointless to go since you can't (legally) obtain any drinks while you're in there until 21.
