It would tie in perfectly with my DS Game Maker. It's a shame I don't have technology to read GMK/GM6 files because a GM > NDS convertor would rock my socks. You can always look into Enigma, you'd probably get better support in intergrating your DS system with their C based game maker…whenever its done.How is the programming part of your application? I'd much rather do that than what I see in the screenshots.
