i just used firefox instead of IE and realized the text on my CSS was glowing.

that's what I get for being lazy and copy and pasting other people's CSS to make my own. :p

someone should have told me >:(

yeah, i know IE sucks. but I'm just so comfortable using it, and I'm too lazy to transition.
