Rollo: The Mask Unveiled

Posted by Regitress on Feb. 9, 2007, 3:10 p.m.

Once again, I am blogging here at 64 digits.

REGULAR LIFE: What can I say? School is school. That's all, but on the other hand I AM homeschooled, which gives me tons more time to work on my game.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I am hereby announcing the official start of my project. It is called Rollo: The Mask Unveiled. It is a platformer about a little creature named Rollo. He is in the basement one day, looking for a jar of pickles when disaster strikes! Above ground, an unidentifiable villain swoops in and transforms all the people of Rollo's town into squares! Now they can do nothing but sit there and be square. Luckily, Rollo was in the basement so he escaped, but now he has to find a way to return all he friends and family back into their original shapes, as well as stop this strange force that seems bent on Squaring the whole universe!

UPDATES: Here is where I will update my game as I find necessary.

Levels finished: first two

items created: Rollo, generic walls, and a few basic objects

scenery completed: forest world and basement world

extra stuff: main menu, though not function, is looking purty good.

Regitress signing out!

P.S. I don't know how to add hyperlinks, change the color or otherwise make this blog look good. Can anyone help?
