ROLLO UPDATE!!!!!!
Ok, for all those who don't know, I currently have a Rollo: The Mask Unveiled WIP out that has the first 7 levels, a cutscene, and one unlockable. You may wanna check it out :-) . Now, on to the actual game….I completed 2 levels since the WIP release, added a cool little bar that shows the cutscenes and have somewhat worked on the soundtrack for the game, as well as added a few new objects. Yes! I did in fact add checkpoints for all y'all who thought that the levels were too hard. MY BORING LIFE I have a really weird question….. I went to the page where you can browse my games and I saw a banner above it that had a megabot screenshot on it and it said Staff Pick in the bottom right corner….what's that all about? Well, for my Brit Lit class, I hafta do a report on Frankenstein…..To tell you the truth, I thought the book was disappointing. It wasn't scary–depressing, but not scary. Yeah, so I'm supposed to do this persuasive report on the correlation between Frankstein and stem cell research. Fun….Uhhhhhh what else is there to say? Easter is tomorrow….no school next week! Woot!Saruinai!! Regitress signing out…..
Am I right in thinking that your school is making you write a report with the conclusion that stem cell research is akin to Dr. Frankenstein's 'Playing God' and that it is wrong and we should learn from the lesson of the book?
If not, then sorry for the following. If so, I think that's very wrong - a school shouldn't be putting biases into its students' heads. Stem cell research is done out of a desire to do good, in helping our medical understanding. It has great implications for medicine and also our understanding of biology - it's certainly not a 1-dimensional, evil practice.Sorry for that bit of a rant, and even more so if I'm wrong about your assignment.Good luck with it anyway :)Lol thanks. Anyhoo, your not wrong about my report per se….My teacher said that you could take any stand you want, but she wants the report to be persuasive, she wants us to "make her believe it."
