Small update…

Added two more screenshots showing the player being attacked and a poorly drawn wolf getting attacked.

I guess I've walked away from the whole idea of making a turn based system and opted for a quicker pace click as you well system. Your attacks can take about a second or two to perform and drain your energy depending on the strength of your attack. Your opponent is restricted by the same limitation, however depending on their fighting style(aggressive/defensive/balanced/chaotic) there frequency of attacks and types of attacks will vary.

Your energy will gradually recharge, but currently only in combat. You can access your inventory to use health items or change equipment, but this will not pause combat so you do so at your own risk. Sound effects have been added to it and there are animations for blunt/slash/bite/claw attacks, but no opponents with claws yet so you'll probably not see that in the demo.

No release yet since theres some issues I need to take care of first, but hopefully this weekend I can ship it out for you all to test if you so desire.

Oh, and I'm calling it C.O.W.

Other plans for having temporary party members and pets will be worked on later. Temporary because you will not control them, but hire or ask NPCs to help you out or other reasons. Pets will stick with you til the end depending on their loyalty, but you can also leave them at any residence you own.

More to come soon…

Does C.O.W have any milk, sour C.O.W?

Cool screenshots, though I really do think energy should recharge out of battle, and a bit faster then it does in combat(so hey, taking down groups is alot more energy-absorbing then one)

I'm loving the development behind this game already, great stuff
