Autonomy (being self-directed)2. Mastery (getting better at something)3. Purpose (why you’re doing something)I think that there are 4 main reasons for lacking motivation:1. Having shitty goals (I wanna make an MMO, LOLZ!)2. Not using time effectively (doing unimportant things very well)3. Anxiety of failure and therefore failing anyway4. Being tired and having a lack of energy(Eat green foods!)What about you guys?What keeps you from getting shit done?

Or am I mistaken about that banner being completely obnoxious?Honestly, I don't complete projects because I take too much on at once.
I have so many good ideas that I never develop any of them to fruition. :\I'm starting to get better at not doing that.
