Oh and Ludum Dare is really fun and you should all do it.

I would recommended stocking up on chocolate and energy drinks and other shit that's bad for you though. I'm really fucking exhausted now cos I didn't.

Now play my game or I will be sad.

Final exam on the 20th and another (worth 60%) on the 23rd.

…I probably should have done Ludum Dare anyways since I didn't end up studying, but at least with not doing I could procrastinate more about studying!

I really am hooked now. 48 hours is just short enough to not get bored or distracted, and just long enough to achieve something. If you're making games right now you'd be silly not to take part.

But… math final worth 60% tomorrow morning and I haven't studied…. also I'm moving out tomorrow….

Oh well, the game dev club at my university is having a 48 hour game jam of their own in a few days anyways. I'll just participate in that instead.

Dave was originally going to be in a fishbowl but then I realised how bloody difficult it would be to move stuff along a curved floor.

Lol I know how to do the basic trig (see my last blog), it's more the 2d physics that's hard.

I actually thought I was smart for getting a B+ on those tests…

It might have been 8th grade, I don't remember. It was one of those two. It was before highschool though.

I'm just talking about basic right angle stuff. We didn't get into graphing trig functions/trig identities/etc until high school.

I was too much of a lazy fuck to do tests and work really before high school. I pretty much went from a C- average to an A average in a year once high school started. Just in time for my marks to actually matter at all when getting into uni!
