Amazing Spider-man (wasn't that bad)

I'm not sure how popular MovieBob is (a movie critic on The Escapist) but he gave the movie a horrible review. Metacritic has it at 66% right now. I don't think it was that bad. I mean it wasn't that great either but i wouldn't flame it. I don't know if it was people's expectations or simply the fact that this movie may have been stuck in the shadows of the previous Spider-man movies. oh well.

Craptastic RPG update:

added the hud. plain as hell but whateva.

I really thought the amazing spider-man movie would be an amazing movie, since the trailers were promising some big surprises with it.

I guess I'll just save my money for The Dark Knight Rises. :/

What? 66% isn't even below average. How is that flaming? It essentially means "very good but lacking some essential qualities that would otherwise have made it thoroughly entertaining".

/further proof that scoring systems are bullshit

That font in your game reminds me of some NES RPG I have.

For me that font reminds me of Phantasy Star on the Master System.

that might actually be the case. it was taken from a site that has a bunch of NES fonts.

I loved the movie. I didn't have high expectations though, and I love spiderman, so I'm slightly biased.

Also, Emma Stone.

Just saw this today, thought it was pretty good actually. Better than the previous Spider-man movies anyway (casting helped).
