RM Executables

Does anyone know a way to run an executable or a batch file on an RM restrictred network? Probably not but I really need to be a ble to for obvious reasons… thanks…

1) Right click webpage.

2) Delete all, and write command.com

3) Save as batch.bat

4)Run it.

MS-DOS appears.

the cmd is blocked and if you do enter it it is useless
