The fan is just some small old fan I had handy that was actually small enough to fit. It will be more effective once inside the case because then it will be creating a vaccum drawing air out.

That's right, the PSone screen and N64 are both crammed into that case. The game cartridge is inserted behind (not in sight).

It was powered by this homemade battery (5 AAs taped together in series):

But that battery couldn't sustain the 7.5v output with both N64 …

If you haven't noticed the change, the cartidge slot has changed from being at the top (like a GBA) to perpendicuar.
