Yay, I'm really happy, I just completed the LED mod for my PSone screen and it worked first time! For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about (probably most of you), I basicly followed this guide from the book by ben heck: http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,2845,1766554,00.asp

The work consisted of taking the LCD apart, and replacing the backlight with 3LEDs, then putting it all together again and wiring it up, and lo and behold it worked first time :D
