I just realized I haven't posted here in a while. So, um… I guess this is the time for a blog post.

After I released Saga Of The Ugly 2 in the Scary 4 Digits compo(I collaborated with Bret Hudson on that game), I finally got the music for a game I'd been wanting to release but needed epic music before I would allow myself to, the game was called "Rocket Leaper" btw. The game was originally made for a jam on the GMC (Game Maker Community) in 72 hours. I liked the concept so much I decided to remake the game with better graphics, interface, and gameplay elements.

I'd like to give my fellow game dev'vers a tip, if you're making a game, get yourself some testers… they aren't hard to find, and often give epic advice. My game would not be nearly as good If I hadn't gotten such awesome advice from the people I let test it.

So, anyway, after I finally released rocket leaper, I got some pretty positive comments, so I hope you guys will like it as well. Right now the game is awaiting approval to be posted here on 64D, it's a platform arcade game. Dean Harris made the music track for the game(which is awesome), and he is interested in doing more music for indie developers, so be sure to check out his site: http://www.deanharrismusic.com/composer.html
