Particle Designe... yeah you know

Welp. Here it is. Not like anyone cares, but hey, as all my hard work goes for a few downloads, i suppose ill post it here for kicks.

It has so many new features (woooWee!)

Actually only a couple, like mouse-click to stream, and other shit like easy sprite loading.

So whatever you wanna do. Lagfest it, make neat explosions, draw a penis, whatever works. Making a comment would be nice on the GMC topic though. But recently it appears to me that the website is dead now anyway…

and of course, on ag

and here:

hope it helps

action number 1

of Draw Event

for object E5_D_hb1BMm___7_H__DNW0K9_d_:

Error in code at line 1:

at position 10: Unknown variable BackgroundVis

You may also want to make mention of changing the background color, or none of the effects (including the menus) will disappear.

EDIT: I forgot to say, this is very impressive, and apparently a long-term project that I've been unaware of. Very powerful tool. You'll get a lot of users.

@ferret: thanks :)

@kilin: i think you meant background alpha

And did that error only happen once? I think i found the problem though for people who never used the program yet.

The error happens all the time, and no, it wasn't background alpha. Upon changing the background color, the problem was fixed. Alpha might contribute to it as well, but color was what fixed it for me.

Regarding the error, try making a new project. It almost always comes up with a different error spouting the same "unknown variable" deal. As far as how to fix it, I wouldn't know. It looks like objects are created randomly with that name generation.

@kilin: i thought that it was only a problem if you used it for the first time. (restarting the program after setting the preferences would fix it).

But if thats not the case, then there might be another problem. I made a small change, and i think that fixed it. I updated both downloads.

Completely and utterly kidnapping this for my own nefarious purposes. Oh yes.

By which I mean I need to doink around and try to make spell animations… So this could be useful.

A bit late, but this is a good particle designer. Damn other ones piss me off.
