I'm new here on 64 Digits. I'm a casual game maker and I rarely finish a game.
I'm currently working on a game called Soviet Stronghold. Its about a third of the way through and is looking good. Its about communism in the future and it has hover tanks! Yippee! It'll hopefully be up for all of you to view soon :D You can go and view the game's current information on my project page.As you can see there is little here yet. My progress with games is slow and I usually get side tracked into other things. If I had Game Maker registered I would make more games but I'm too much of a cheapskate to buy it. I do have a website with a few Game maker and other things on but its pretty short on content, much like this blog. I think I'll make a new banner that actually has something to do with Game maker, the one you see above is what I'm using on a forum somewhere in the interwebs. I'm quite handy with Photoshop and I use it in my GM games. It makes them look and feel that extra bit better.I would work on it now if I could be bothered, but I'd rather play UT2004 instead >.> or maybe PS3…Hi and bye! Maybe I'll write again soon.
Welcome. Have a good time here.
I've never finished a project (well not since my early days… they were bad..), but sometimes its more important about what you learn and the skills you craft, than the game itself.Don't worry about it too much. Only n00bs make games quickly, and they often FAIL!I made 2StepWall on an evening and pxd in like a week
XFER took a couple months though…>_>…I R NOOBAnd he has a blinding glare,as shown in a forum topic
Welcome to 64Digits, mmmmkay?
Yeah, the last game I finished was two years ago. I've had about 3 unfinished projects since then.
Wail the come
