Maybe you downloaded Roll On! and it seems too hard? Or maybe you are just curious about how much game there is waiting in later levels? I am currently converting Roll On! soultion maps that hopefully should be available soon. I have all the levels done except one of the last ones (with invisible blocks). Just need to convert them to GIF and find a home for them to view. Red lines mean roll to a given point, green means jump normal from a given point and purple means a spring jump or a "long jump" if you took a jump pill. Some may say Roll On! was "too hard". Well, I like the Psygnosis game style of making games. Make the game kick your @$$ so bad you want revenge on it to keep you coming back for more waiting to see what is next. All the levels are posible…hard, but posible! I have made it to level 42 of 45 playing "normaly" but all levels were tested. Much more awaits every 5 levels…don't give up! A new element added every 5 levels will be quite a few elements when you reach level 40! I should have put it in my "showcase" when I was new but didn't.

I played it,didn't like the jumping mechanics…wanted it to be auto…

YOU LIKED COLORAZE???What did you think of my 3levels?

The jumping mechanics…I wanted it to be "looser" but the ball animations had to stay kinda locked to jumping from the center of the blocks more. (Was done with "unregisterd" GameMaker..first game.) If it jumped "late" the ball would not land on the center of the next block right due to the animations I had pre-rendered, if you know what I mean. Coloraze… Might have mixed that up with Colorize but same game kinda, no? A vector-ish world with the ball changing colors to get to somewhere new. I like it very much. Maybe too many "invisible" blocks but it kept me going back for more. Very simple graphics, but they work well in this game I think. I like vector looking stuff. Clean and simple. I suppose a "little" like Roll On!… Get the keys, find the exit. Graphics don't make the game…gameplay makes the game. I had a hard time tearing away from it, yes. I encountered a few "difficult" levels, but when you finished them you felt satisfied. =)

Okay…I was hoping for review of my LevelDesign(of which I use very few invisible blocks(if any))I love S/NESgames,NES just didn't have the processing power though,so SNES had better potential

Yeah, I just played Coloraze again. Got to "Multiple Keys" but I know I got farther before. (I deleted it with many other games. I have them on CD. When I am by my brother's place he has DSL so I slam down a bunch of GM stuff to try out). Ussualy I go through the games for a few minutes and "get the idea", but when I got to Coloraze it was one of those rare instance I kept playing and playing way beyond the normal amount of time. Not many games I downloaded are like that. I had to play "Puck" to the end. This will probably be the second one (since I will most likely burn up the rest of my day playing it again now! Thanks for re-addicting me.) The invisible blocks…yeah, seems alot of them…or …I don't know…. It's like they tick you off when they are out of the way and you need to do some "leap of faith" to see if it is there, but somehow it also adds to the game. I remember there was one level really ticking me off (was it disapearing blocks?) but to do the jumps to touch this one box to change you… I got stuck for some time. Made it though eventually. And a level editor to boot… nice touch! Stuff that is really original or is an addicting puzzle style game out of the norm, I can get into it.
