Version Notes

NOTE: Saved game data from a previous version is not compatible with this version and will not load. Attempting to rename old files to load with this version may cause corruption of data during the game.

GENERAL:

- Up to 3 talent tree profiles can now be saved and loaded. Note that these saved files are only compatible with the version that they were created with.

- The Online Settings menu is now available. However, online games can't be created or joined yet.

- When the ball is shot or volleyed, the opponent's ball catch radius is now reduced by 20% for a very short time.

- Reduced the volley gun knockback effect by 10%.

- Increased global volley and shot power by 6% to increase the overall pace of the game.

- Adjusted goalkeeper's size and reaction times to match the new ball speeds.

- Goalkeepers now use their stasis guns to slow down tough angled shots.

- When the ball hits a goalkeeper, it now retains more speed. Also improved the precision of these rebounds.

- Increased the collision radius of the ball.

- Increased movement speed while holding the ball.

- Adjusted the AI's volley gun tackle reaction distances. The AI may now also miss tackles if you are being evasive.

- Slightly reduced the brutal AI's shot and volley power.

- The HUD will now indicate when you are in practice mode.

- The game version is now shown in-game for screenshot purposes.

- The AI will once again move during it's celebration mode after it scores a goal.

- Added goal celebration music.

- Changed the music during a match, and lowered the volume of all background music.

- Slightly improved the goalkeeper sprites and all sprite rotation animations.

- Added multiple new text fonts to the Help section.

TALENTS:

Titanium Plating - Improved the damage reduction, and changed it to be percent based. The new description is: "Reduces all damage taken by 10/20/30%".

Superior Actuators - Reduced the speed bonus, and changed it to a percent speed gain. The new description is: "Increases your movement speed while holding the ball by 5/10/15%".

Recoil Absorption - Name changed to Energy Absorption. Reduced the healing effect from 4/8/12 to 3/6/10.

Endurance - Removed the health regeneration bonus. Now increases movement speed when not holding the ball by 4/8%.

Gravity Stabilizers - Improved the description to clarify that this talent also affects the knockback of Harmonic Resonance Gun.

Harmonic Resonance Gun - Reduced cooldown from 10 to 8 seconds, and reduced the knockback effect by 8%. Improved the tooltip to clarify that this talent can not be used while holding the ball. Also, your character is now slowed while using this talent.

Volley Mastery - New icon. Now also increases your volley power by 2%.

Bloodrage - Renamed to Unstable Core, and now has the the previous icon of Volley Mastery. Volley and shot power bonus increased from 10% to 20%. Added special effects when a volley or powerful shot is performed while under the effects of this talent, and the sparks on the character when this talent is active have been changed from red to blue.

BUG FIXES:

- You will no longer automatically fire the ball after unpausing if you were not charging a shot.

- Fixed some goalkeeper inconsistencies.

- Fixed a bug with the AI where it could get stuck on knocking the player back against the wall. This allowed the player to burn the clock, essentially holding onto a guaranteed lead.

- Fixed some cases where a goal would be scored when the ball did not fully enter the net.

- Fixed most problems with goalkeepers letting in weak goals at a certain angle.

My Media Studies course work had the same name as your game…well without the "2d" bit, hopefully the game is better than my movie was xD
