btw… Abysmal Torment? They aren't even decent. They're just another xerox band of the shittiest excuse for metal in existance. They lack any structure or originality. Yea I listened all the way through both songs on the myspace. They try way too hard to be heavy. Where's the originality? the fucking MELODY? I've heard those drums and guitars a million times before.

Abysmal Torment may not be original in lyrical terms, but in musical [terms] they are. If you listen, their song structures and riffs are quite interesting. And who said anything about trying too hard to be heavy? All they're doing is playing an extreme mix of death metal and grindcore. Not to mention melody is not a requirement, and if it exists does not have to be blatant, like in a lot of popular music.That said, they are a band that require a specific taste, so it isn't exactly expected for a lot of people to like them.It is also interesting that you call them a copy of all other bands, when I know of no other bands that sound like them. For myself, this is easy to tell because I am well acquainted with this sort of music, but not so much for other people out there.different strokes for different folks.
