alright, this is makin me mad, I can't find a program for writing VB. Microsofts Visual Studio's installer didn't work for me, could someone like put that program in a zip, upload it, and post the link in a comments. Thats how I got GM on my laptop so it should work. PLZ! I need it!

You can sign up for the MSDN and get a free copy of Visual Basic Express Edition. It's .NET based, so some differences will apply.
