Some people seem to believe that there are two types of discrimination, discrimination by race and discrimination against women. This is not true. Discrimination against men exists. Discrimination takes many forms, but the question about what discrimination is wrong is a hard question.

Discrimination by race and gender are both obviously wrong (note that the gender case has exceptions, such as margiage and restrooms). Discrimination by some things is not only not wrong, but a good idea. For example, is it wrong to hire a genius when there is an available idiot?

Please post oppinions.

I wouldn't count that as discrimination, you're choosing someone better for the job. Same as you saying that people are discriminating by having separate restrooms. And since when is marriage discriminating? I just think that's a case of people trying to control others life.
