Internet Dramas

First of all, loving the current drama of people thinking 64D is going to be shut down. Ha. Like something little like that is going to put the site out of action completely. (*cue Arcalyth's return from the bushes that he's hiding in) It wont be long before this scare just turns into a 'remember when..' part of 64D history.

Anyway, if you are seriously worried about people stealing your game/content with the GM decompiler that's floating around, then there are very good methods to prevent it, if you feel the need.

I am also for the idea of appointing another mod to keep the site in better order (demoting mods quite clearly doesn't help things), and I think marbs is a good choice, and I think others will agree with me.

Writing

Becoming more interested in it. I have been thinking of a few ideas for thriller novels, but I doubt I will be able to actually convey it well in words. I am currently assigned a monologue fiction piece for my English coursework, so I have been brainstorming a few ideas for that too.

Metallica - One. Great song. (Will admit, the first time I heard it was playing Guitar Hero III) Found some tab, and I'm learning to play it myself. I don't know about you, but I think the video is really emotional. Its about a soldier in WWII who had his limbs and face blown off by an exploding shell, and wakes up in a hospital mute and senseless. How would you feel?

So I've been thinking about writing my monologue in the eyes boots mind of this unfortunate man. Not sure if it will make great a great monologue, so any ideas are welcome.

Game Maker

As you can see, I have actually added some projects, so take a look over there if you are interested.

I currently have a lot on my plate right now (I would actually like good grades for my GCSEs, so I can take double maths A level at college), so GM development is definitely taking a back seat in my life at the moment. Knowing me, one weekend of inspiration will give me a sudden surge of motivation, and I'll probably get some stuff done, so in the mean time just play some Katakijin, I think its godly.
