Well, I posted a blog about the most awesome items that I received on Christmas Day, but I got a few more gifts over the last couple of days that are VERY noteworthy! =P
Item #1 - An XM Radio Receiver for my Truck,, which is prepaid by two years and I am currently learning to drive it! 2004 Chevy S10 Crew Cab, Manual Transmission, which is s'okay, pretty cool birthday gift for my 16th birthday back in October.Item #2 - I bought it myself, but I used $75 in gift cards for a Envision 19" Wide screen LCD Monitor for $180 with tax. Not bad, and it is a HUGE improvement over my 15" CRT! So much space to do stuff! *Productivity Boost*With these two items, I may once again complete a game. I might need some help, but I know some kind soul will lend me a hand (or ten, since I am a squid and all)! EDIT: I am looking for a wireless keyboard now that I have a Logitec Revolution MX mouse. Any suggestions? All the boards I liked at Best Buy (Physical store, not online) were either wired or came as a set with a mouse. Also, I am looking for a graphics tablet. Is the Bamboo good for the money? Feedback please! =)
My dad has xm. I guess it's alright, but the bs about no commercials is….well…..bs. I hear a commercial at least twice a car ride. And the songs get pretty repetative sometimes, but overall its pretty nice to have.
I suppose twice is still less than most conventional stations… I'll have to check myself, but I haven't gotten around to setting everything up just yet - it's kind of a pain in the arse.
