Handwritten Blog!

The handwritten version

I scribbled, it looked like "Takagi', so with nothing to do, I started writing a blog….

The typed version:

Takagi blog maybe 9? I think…

Yay, Latin test…. gah, some person behind got a pen & wrote… something, on the back of my neck. It really felt weird beyond compare.

Oh, I need to write something to make it a blog…

First off, there's a girl who I really dislike. She wants to be valedictorian and all, but she's not the sharpest knife on the butcher's belt (if u know what I)

Gah! I got a 19/20 on the Latin quiz. Hurray. Oh and I learned that the girl wrote "I love Ears" on my neck. Anyway…

Yes, this girl who wants to be valedictorian's named "H" for the sake of privacy. She's in Pre-Calc and I'm past Calc. So she's next to me in for locker, and I was getting my stuff for the bus ride home, she was like….

"Takagi, if you would help me with this math problem…. It'd really mean a lot to me."

Gah, I started crying inside. So anyway, I help her next morning. I had to use her PINK TI-89. Yeah, I've been teased a bit about that. Then I she started spazzing when I got it right. "I love you", "You're awesome", etc…. And now everyone @ my table thinks there's a "little sumthin sumthin" going.

Yes, my handwriting's illegible, but hey, I can read it and it looks slightly stylized… usually I write like this for HW.

Crap, everyone says my handwriting is so bad that looks like hyeroglyphs, but yours is worse.

(I gotta make a handwritten blog one of these days)

What the heck is valedictorian?

I could read it cos it's pretty much mine, but curlier and it stays on the page more.

My handwriting also goes from leaning left to leaning right, and vice versa, in the same sentance. Same word sometimes. I gotta do a handwritten blog some time :P

Etymology to the rescue!

Vale = True/truth

Dictor = Speaker

Hence valedictorian is the "Truth Speaker" or the person who knows the most - the best graduate to us non-Latin folk.

Well, vale is used for "bye" in Latin.

So Valedictorian means "Person who says bye".

Over 3 people who can read my handwriting?

-Me

-my teachers

-my friends

theman, dicis Latinam? scis Latinam? Euge! scio Latinam multam!

I studied it for a while. However, I'm best at Cyrillac languages so I stuck with Russian and Modern/Ancient Greek (and now I'm studying Russian with the intention of learning it an university as a Joint Honours).

Я говорю по-русский!
