This is the funniest thing ever Peta has done. What are your first reactions to this?

You know, technically they are right. Pokemon is really just a bunch of organized dog fights, but it's not like this! Whenever a trainer is shown mistreating their Pokemon or abusing them, they get an earful. So they clearly haven't done their research before making something like this….

But you know what? I like the music in the game. Does that make me a bad person xD?

I made him forget Dig to learn Fissure, and like hell am I walking into some godforsaken hole just to kill a bunch of bats!

Besides, Gary's always at the end of the dark cave. And then he'll be pissed that I killed his Ratatta. See where our problem is?

Aw, come on, PETA…

Seriously, what did they think that this was going to do? It's not like kids play Pokemon and then immediately go out, buy pit bulls, and fight them in the yard in the hopes of becoming a Dog Fight champion…Besides. I don't know about you guys, but I really do get sad when my Pokemon faint in battle, and I do raise them with love while killing those innocent little Ratattas~

I don't think PETA's trying to make Pokemon games look bad or to stop virtual Pokemon abuse, they're just using it because it makes a nice attention-getting parody to get their point across regarding real animal abuse.

Plus, with Black and White's story being based around that same kind of theme, it was just too easy.

By the way, did you hear about the new group that's trying to free Pokemon? They're called Team Plasma!

Oh, no, didn't you play through the last game? That was just a clever ruse for me wanting to control all of them!

@S3xySeele

You are underestimating how extreme PETA can be. They most certainly do want to end "animal violence" in video games, even stuff like mario jumping on turtles. They'd like nothing more than to hurt Pokemons sales. I guess they justify it with some sort of slippery slope type argument.
