I actually didn't write this at twelve, I started writing it seven minutes before, but hey, lets see if I can post it at twelve 'o clock. By the way, is <a href="javascript: popupLogin()">this</a> the half working remnants of the old flashchat or something? Lol, I don't know, I remember when 64Digits used to have chat (flashchat), now I think that the IRC is broken too.

Yeah, Noggin is a possible name for the program idea I have. If you have read my blog on my site, you would probably know about this. My idea is a blogging program that would get its data from the internet. I am thinking it could be more than just a blogging program, it could be a community program.
