It's official...

I'm a moderator! Sweet. I promise to only use my powers to manifest my opinions into everybody else's comments for the benefit of society :D

Well yes I was apparently granted moderator status at some point in the past week. Ferret and DF filled me in via PM. Not a very fancy story but it was pretty fun going to my user page to see Rank: Moderator on the side for the first time.

So yeah, I will be editing comments excessively moderating. I haven't received full instruction on what I'm supposed to focus on exactly, apart from developing. For now I'll just wield the banhammer forcefully on inoccent users keep developing.

In other news, I made this today after some of you enjoyed my other video. Perfect for chilling and listening to:

I really think some of the best music of our age comes from videogames.

Peace out.

Rez 12 years, 8 months ago

How to be a 64d mod:

Do what sk8 tells you to do.

Ban sk8 every once in a while to pretend you have some power over him.

Sir, congratulations on your promotion moderatornesship.

Would you do me the kind deed of putting up a list of what games the songs are from? A lot sound familiar, but I'm not sure what game they're from exactly.

I've been listening to a lot more videogame music recently, and discovering music through emulating older games, and I concur with your statement. Game music seems to get a bit of flak, and disregarded because of its coming from a game. Game music isn't always the best to listen to on its own (although a lot of it is), but can still be very effective at setting the atmosphere.
