I think you should redo that site again. Make it have a more standard layout so I know where to look for content.

Thank you for all the comments. I wont redo the site anytime soon. Everyone seems to get around it just fine. Its all about the globe. Thanks for checking it out!

k, critisism first:

The globe thing confused me at first, because the content at the bottom didn't appear to change. (upon closer examination, I did notice though)

Maybe you could make it change the colour of the text of the page you're on. (Like if you're on the downloads page, it'll make "downloads" on the glove to be set to red)

I realize that'd be annoying to set up though, and I'm not sure if it'd help, 'cause I also just noticed that the window thing beside the globe chagnes colour on each page, and I was still a bit slow noticing the changing of the page.

Another thing about the globe, is that it's very tall. My res is currently 1280x1024, however, I can imagine that people with smaller resolutions might have a problem with having to scroll down on every page.

Maybe what you could do, is have the top part with the globe as a pop-out from the top of the page, using javascript.

Aside from the globe thing (which is nifty looking) the content of the site is good. The video/audio thing does seem helpful indeed, and it's not too bad, compared to most attempts at doing that kind of thing. =)
